Return Policy

Startingnurseagency.com offers support via email with a purchase. All items are returnable, 5% less for credit card fees, $9.75 for re-packaging, plus shipping and handling costs. For all manuals that come with CD’s and software, we will only accept returns that are still unopened packages.  By industry standards downloaded products are non-returnable/refundable items.  Returned items must be marked with post marks 10 days from the shipped date.
